Vendor FAQ
How much does a booth cost?+
Booths range from $110 (6 x 6 ft) to $200 (10 x 10 ft outdoor), each including a chair. Optional add-ons: 6 ft table rental $50, outlet placement $50, extra chair $50, table cloth $25. Apply with another vendor and you each get 10% off the booth fee.
How are vendors selected?+
We put the market together the same way we put together our exhibitions. The gallery team reads every application and looks for work our audience will genuinely love — original, well-made, with a clear point of view. From there we shape a group that feels balanced and exciting as a whole, across categories, styles and price points, so every booth adds something different to the day. Selected vendors are notified by email.
What kind of work can I sell?+
Artist objects — things made by you or your studio that visitors can pick up and take home that day: ceramics, prints and editions, jewelry, wearables, home goods, zines and books, scent and more. Everything should be original and made by you; mass-produced or resold goods aren't permitted unless disclosed and approved in advance.
What's included with my booth?+
Your booth space, one chair, shared Wi-Fi, complimentary vendor lunch and coffee, and a vendor spotlight on our Instagram and newsletter before the market.
When do I set up and pack down?+
Setup runs 10:00 AM–12:00 PM; please be fully set up by noon. Teardown starts at 5:00 PM and wraps by 7:00 PM — early pack-downs aren't permitted so the market stays lively to the end.
Where do I park and load in?+
Street parking around the gallery. You can briefly pull into the courtyard to unload, then move your car to the street. Full details (including your booth number) appear in your vendor portal once you're confirmed.
How do I pay, and is the fee refundable?+
After acceptance you pay online by card from your status page. Your booth is confirmed once payment is received. Booth fees are non-refundable unless Make Room cancels the event.
Can I share a booth with a friend?+
Each booth is for one brand, so booths can't be shared or split. Instead, apply as a pair: you each submit your own application (naming each other), each pay for your own booth, and we'll place your booths next to each other — plus you both get 10% off your booth fee.
